With the upcoming Legislative Council election, promotional content related to the election and candidates may appear on various modes of transportation in Hong Kong.

To avoid political risks and prevent violations of Hong Kong's election-related laws, the HK National Security Law and the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance, all Encyclopedia of Hong Kong Series collaborative websites and discussion platforms (including website community discussions and Discord platforms) strictly prohibit uploading, publishing, sharing, and discussing any content related to the Legislative Council election from now until 7 December 2025. These restrictions include but are not limited to: campaign advertisements for candidates, government materials encouraging voting, and any content that encourages or discourages voting, abstaining, casting blank votes, or spoiling ballots, as well as acts with seditious intention.

As Omicron Omega (User S14105LF), currently the only admin of the English version of the ERTHK, specified in Chinese version of the EBTHK, announced the temporary suspension of administrative due to his study, it may be worrying there may be chances of the abandonment of this wiki.

Therefore, I, Oscar Wai, would like to recommend User RE8750, currently only active user, as the admin of this wiki. As he is also the founder of the Encyclopedia of Aviation Transport in Hong Kong (EAHK), it may be sure that this wiki can be properly managed.

Anyways, could you please rename the wiki from "The Encyclopedia of Railway Transport in Hong Kong Wiki" to something shorter like "Hong Kong Railways Wiki"? It is much more convenient for users to read and write the name of this wiki.

• Siu Hong Station (Tuen Ma Line) -> Siu Hong Station

• Tin Shui Wai Station (Tuen Ma Line) -> Tin Shui Wai Station

• Yuen Long Station (Tuen Ma Line) -> Yuen Long Station

As this involves the deletion of the formers and in addition the latter was used for disambig pages same as the action in Chinese version, this may require admins to complete it.
